Congratulations to Craig Weber, the winner of our March M3 Transformation Challenge. In a few short months, Craig dropped 36.8 pounds (more than 12% of his starting weight)! It hasn’t been the easiest road yet even after his first 90-day transformation, he says he’s not about to stop now.

Here’s how it all began.

“My wife was the one who introduced me to Modere and the M3 Pledge. She was involved with Aaron and Jessica Mathis at another company. Then one day, they were part of Modere. When they moved, they reached out to my wife and told her about the company, it’s Live Clean mission and the products.

She decided to make the switch and while I supported her in the endeavor, I never was fully involved. I always had one foot out while doing my own thing.

My wife and another friend decided to recruit me by showing me M3. I looked at the Facebook page and did some research on the Mediterranean Diet. This system, this diet was something I could wrap my head around. It seemed doable!

I was already working on making myself better and trying to get back in shape. I ran several days a week but what I needed to do was get my diet under control. M3 seemed like the way to make that happen.”

The M3 Pledge transformed Craig’s life in a way he never thought possible.

“Earlier in my life, my twin brother had health issues and passed away. In January of 2017, I decided to make it a point to take better care of myself.

I had done so many quick-fix diets you could think of. I’d lost weight but when I stopped, it came right back. Between being priced right, the Facebook support group and the lifestyle changes, M3 was a no-brainer option for me.

The first week I dropped nearly seven pounds. I dropped another five pounds the second week. At first, I was excited and weighing myself every day, but then I focused more on the non-scale victories. Shirts weren’t fitting me. I’m not as lethargic as I used to be.*

It wasn’t all roses and sunshine, though. Like any life change, it took a lot of hard work. Yeah, I wasn’t on an island of dieting but instead, could eat a lot of what I did before–I just had to make small changes to a few things. I took different routes to work to avoid certain stores I used to get snacks at. I packed a lunch five days a week.

It’s all about being more self-aware of what you do. I was already taking the 7500 steps, so I chose to do more. I drank more water. I tried to cut back on fried foods and stop snacking late at night. I’m so confident in the system, I convinced a friend who was looking to lose weight to try this for three days. She was all in and is another walking testimony to the M3 Pledge.

I don’t like calling a weight-loss system, but a lifestyle system. I’m nowhere where I need to be but I’m headed in the right direction. I’m not stopping.”
