CEO Asma Ishaq unites experience and vision to establish innovative concepts in health and beauty. Her extensive background in product development, formulation and manufacturing of nutritional supplements and skincare has been conducive to the marked success of Liquid BioCell®, the premiere line of patented liquid collagen and hyaluronic acid nutraceuticals, nutricosmetics and skincare products. She is a committee member on the Council of Responsible Nutrition, sits on the advisory board of the Fragrance Creators Association, and serves on the board of directors of the Direct Selling Association. A sought-after speaker on industry stages including the World Collagen Conference and NutriCosmetics Summit, Ishaq has also appeared on Fox, CBS, ABC and NPR as a go-to expert. Her work has earned recognition and awards from organizations such as SupplySide West, New Hope and DSA, and she was recently selected as a finalist for the NutraIngredients-USA Nutrachampion Award. Ishaq earned her BA from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA with a dual concentration in finance and marketing from Rice University. She is the recipient of Rice University’s Alumni Industry Excellence Award in Entrepreneurship.

Justin Serra brings a dynamic balance of leadership and expertise to his role as Senior VP of Global Sales & Marketing at Modere. Before advancing to his current role, Justin served as general manager of North America and was part of the team that created and launched the disruptive social retail model. Having previously built brands and products sold at major retailers including Wal-Mart, Costco, Target and Michaels, Justin has been able to provide strategic leadership for entrepreneurial start-ups and corporate-transition teams. Prior to joining Modere, he served as VP of operations, managing director and CEO of a small health and wellness company. He is passionate about motivating individuals, building solid teams and creating positive customer experiences. Justin has a business management degree in marketing and attended Boise State University and the University of Phoenix.


Having led several central departments over the course of the past 20 years at Modere, including fulfillment, customer support, and sales, Mandy brings an organic, deep-seated understanding of the company’s functionality, values, and goals to her role as General Manager of North America. As such, she is uniquely positioned and experienced to build and improve an organizational structure that ensures seamless connection and efficiency across all company functions in North America. She is particularly devoted to the success of the company’s bedrock, its field of Social Marketers, as she served as Director of Social Marketer Success on the team that created and launched the social retail model prior to assuming her current position.


Jeff Ranson has over 20 years of direct sales and network marketing industry experience. While his focus has been primarily in compliance, he has also served in roles spanning customer service and leadership support to international market expansion and country management. This breadth of experience informs his big-picture perspective and personalized approach to compliance. He has a B.A. in Japanese from the BYU College of Humanities, Asian & Near Eastern Languages and a minor in business management from the BYU Marriott School of Business. Jeff is a strong advocate for the field and has a passion for collaborative solutions that support opportunities for success.


Kelly O’Malley Mattone, MD is a Mount Sinai trained cosmetic physician from New York City. She specializes in non-surgical face lifts, body sculpting and medical hair restoration. She has been practicing for nearly 30 years and holds a board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. *


Robert is a certified nutritionist, fitness expert, motivational speaker and author of two studies on reversing childhood obesity and three books on nutrition and fitness. He works with Fortune 500 companies, celebrities and pro athletes, helping thousands lose weight and improve their health for over 20 years.



Sheldon Baylor was drawn to network marketing as a college student. The appeal of becoming his own boss, creating his own hours and leveraging his income proved undeniable, and over the next 17 years Sheldon successfully grew large teams with several organizations. His efforts helped him achieve added recognition and incentives including award trips and additional bonuses. Now a Director 2 Silver Social Marketer, Sheldon leads a robust team called FWO (For Winners Only). Also known as “Mr. Excitement”, the Baltimore, Maryland native is constantly energized by the opportunity to share with and help others to succeed.
