Director 1, Kelly Finger, knows a thing or two about improving people’s lives. She works as a triage nurse for a busy surgical practice and it’s this desire to help others that has helped her see some success at Modere. If you ever get a chance to meet Kelly, first impressions will tell you it’s easy to see why Kelly has become such a rockstar!

What brought you to Modere?
It all started by stalking Jessie Lee Ward on Facebook. I saw her success start from the ground up, witnessing a new kind of business and the team she developed. After a while, I just reached out to her for more information regarding the company.

As I learned more about Modere, I became very interested in the products and it wasn’t just one or two products–I tried so many and loved every one! The fact they can be used in and around my family sealed the deal for me.

What is the ultimate goal you are working to achieve with Modere?

My twins are due in April 2017 so as a mother, I desire to stay home with my kids while still helping provide for them. I know with Modere, I’ll be able to stay home with my four kids and not worry about a traditional 9 to 5 job. It’s overwhelming to think about the future, but I’ve set my bar higher than ever and I’m excited to hit my goals!

To date, what has been your most memorable Modere experience?

Orlando was so amazing. Listening to some of the presentations, power and positivity literally moved me to tears. There was so much energy, enthusiasm and genuine people with amazing souls surrounding me, it was so hard not to just be blown away. It was a humbling and moving weekend and I can’t wait for my next event.

What has been one of your proudest Modere moments?

It was amazing being invited up to introduce a segment of the awards ceremony. Plus, it made me proud, taking my place on stage multiple times for recognition in such a short amount of time with Modere. I’ve never had this much success with a company, considering I spent 10 years with my previous company.

What words of advice do you have for new or struggling Social Marketers?

With consistency, duplication, and a group of mentors willing to help, you are unstoppable. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to others, read everything you can get your hands on and participate in all the Modere training. You can’t place a value on what you take away from all of these free trainings and you will have better success if you follow the top leaders.

I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by a group of rock stars who never let me have a bad day, but that doesn’t mean bad days don’t happen. I just have to keep telling myself, “I don’t have bad days, I have bad moments and if I dwell on those moments, I’m going to have a bad day! Get over the moment, and move on.”

What would you tell others who are feeling discouraged?

It’s important to remember you’re human and that sometimes you need to make time for yourself. Take just two simple minutes during times of stress and frustration to clear your head! Don’t be afraid of people saying “no” and use it as motivation to reach “yes” quicker. With the right attitude, you’ll be surprised how many more people will tell you “yes”.
