Ginny Shortt juggled her family, teaching gymnastics and P.E. until she was introduced to Modere by Amee Gleave, whose daughter was one of Ginny’s gymnastic students. From the first conversation, the potential piqued her interest, but when she attended a live Modere event in Oklahoma City, she was hooked. “I realized I had finally found a home, with some of the most inspiring people I’d ever met.”

The steps it takes to be successful at Modere are exactly the ones Ginny Shortt has taken, skyrocketing to the rank of Social Marketing Director 1. “I believe that every Social Marketer should know that what we have with Modere is priceless.”

At the Social Retail Conference in Atlanta last year, Ginny earned recognition for her efforts and came away with the nickname “Ginny from the block”. She loves the nickname because she feels like she has found a lot of success after overcoming many obstacles.

When things don’t go quite her way, Ginny knows it’s time to charge her batteries. “When I’m struggling, I call a business partner, listen to a call, or attend an event. Then I go out and bless more people and share this rare gift of social retail.”

Congratulations Ginny from the block!
