When Tina Thorogood joined Modere, she was quick to make the jump to Director 1. Now, she’s Director 3 and there are no signs of her slowing down! According to Tina, Modere has opened doors she never knew were there and is excited to see what the future holds in store.

What is it about Modere and being a Social Marketer that’s allowed Tina to reach Director 3 and see success with the company? Tina wants others to know about her journey and how this duplicatable system can allow almost anyone to see their own success.

“I was first introduced to Modere by a close friend of mine. She considered joining at the time as well, and she reached out to have me take a look at the opportunity. We tried to contact each other in the months after this but had scheduling issues. We finally connected and because of where Modere was at, where they were headed, and their clean, affordable products, I knew I had to get in on the ground floor.

It was a wise decision.

Over the past few months, I’ve come to love so much about Modere. The people involved with the company really care about their Social Marketers and those of us in the field notice this every day. The promotions, contests and prizes are generous–and they’re reachable! Never once have I thought, ‘I can’t do this’. Instead, it’s the opposite. Modere is really setting us up to succeed all the time.

Sometimes, achieving high levels of success in network marketing is such a daunting task and so far in the future, people get discouraged easily. Setting smaller goals in attainable increments is how it’s done and Modere has seen this. At this point, I’ve lost track of how many of my team members have won a Fitbit, new shoes, an Escape, experiences–it’s truly brilliant to see all of us reach our goals!”

Tina and her team have been able to duplicate a simple system and create opportunities all over Canada. So how has Modere changed Tina’s outlook on life and her goals?

“Being with Modere has created an experience I’ll never forget. When I heard the phrase, ‘Wow! This really does work’, it just makes me smile. But it’s important to remember success is not without its hurdles.

I want to help as many people as I can to reach their goals. If you’re a Social Marketer struggling, or you’re just in network marketing and have hit a wall, don’t be too hard on yourself. If things don’t go exactly how you planned them, adjust your plan and keep going. Speak to your sponsor every day, GET TO SRC and stay engaged with those who can lead you where you want to go. It’s the best way to learn the business as quickly as possible.

Last, make sure you invest at least 30 minutes once a day to learning something new. Whether it’s reading a book, learning a new trade or teaching someone else, this will be an investment in yourself and your career.”
