Modere hosted their annual Social Retail Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah during the month of February. While the main stage was set at the Salt Palace Convention Center, eyes were being drawn further south as many people were just as excited to take a tour of Modere’s massive warehouse.

Social Marketers from around the country braved the snowy weather via bus to Springville, Utah to get a behind-the-scenes look at how Modere products are manufactured. Many Social Marketers had never been to the Modere headquarters and were delighted to view the space and ask questions about the products they use and share with others.

“We were thrilled to see so much interest in touring our warehouse,” says Robert Conlee, CEO of Modere. “We know the passion our Social Marketers have when it comes to our brand, which is why we wanted them to see that same passion goes into manufacturing our products. It was amazing to see so many people come through those doors.”

Most product sold by Modere is manufactured at the Springville warehouse. The facility is 306,000 square feet. 4,000 feet are set aside for micro and analytical laboratories, 13,500 square feet for manufacturing, and 213,000 square feet for warehousing and small parcel distribution. The facility is 100% powered by the wind turbines located near Springville Canyon, one of the best wind resources in the country.

Tours aren’t open just to Social Marketers. Anyone is welcome to come walk through this vast facility. As Modere continues to grow, these tours give everyone a better understanding of how the company continues to uphold their motto to “Live Clean”.
