Who is eligible to submit a recommendation?
Any Social Marketer or registered customer may submit a recommendation, while supplies last. New customers simply need to create a Modere account in order to submit a recommendation.
Who can I recommend?
This campaign is designed specifically to acknowledge the sacrifice and hard work of medical professionals, first responders, and members of the armed forces who are on the frontlines every day serving our communities to help us stay safe and healthy during this crisis. To recommend someone, you must enter their first and last name, valid shipping address, shipping phone number and eligible occupation in the recommendation form.
How do I submit my recommendation?
Log in and fill out the form at modere.com/amillionthanks or modereglobalshop.com/amillionthanks to recommend a hardworking health & safety worker.
Do I have to purchase the product or make a donation?
No. There is no purchase necessary and Modere covers the cost of the care packages being distributed to A Million Thanks recipients, up to a million dollars. We only ask that you pay just $5 to help cover the shipping charges.
Is the $5 shipping cost the same for recommendations in both the United States and Canada?
Yes! The shipping charge is $5 for care packages shipped to the United States or Canada.
Can I request specific products to be included in the care package?
A Million Thanks care packages may include an assortment of two or more of the following Modere products for a combined value of over $100 USD retail per package, while supplies last: Antioxidant, Mineral Supplement, Liquid BioCell® Life Chews, Aloe Vera, Adult Multivitamin, Vital, Energy Shot. Due to high demand, we are unable to honor individual product or substitution requests. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a limit on how many recommendations I can submit?
Yes. Limit one recommendation per applicant, to allow as many people to participate as possible.
Can I recommend a recipient who lives outside of the United States and Canada?
No. The shipping address must be located in the U.S. or Canada and unique to the recipient. Please note that we cannot accept shipping addresses with a P.O. box.
How long will it take for my recipient to receive the care package once the order is placed?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of the care package to the recipient.
Do care packages qualify for SmartShip Loyalty Rewards?
No. Due to the unique nature of these care packages, they do not qualify for SmartShip Loyalty Rewards.
Are these care packages commissionable?
No. There are 0 commissionable points on these packs.
