Qualification for this retreat is based on 2024 customer sales performance. Once you’ve qualified and registered to attend SRC 2025, you will be notified by Modere to begin the PB retreat registration process no later than January 6, 2025. 1. Paid Titles can be achieved by reviewing the Elite Black and Platinum Black Plan document. Platinum Black Social Marketers must be in good standing with Modere T&Cs and P&Ps to qualify.
2. Whatever tier you qualify the most in we will round up or down. Ex: you qualify 2 times as PB2 and 1 time PB1. You will earn the PB2 benefits.
3. Airfare stipends will be up to $600 USD per qualifying account. No cash-outs will be offered.

FAQs
Will I need to register for this event?
Yes! All qualifiers will receive an email with an invitation to register on January 6, 2025. Registration will be open until February 7, 2025. If you haven’t received your email, please email events@modere.com.
Do I need a ticket to SRC 2025 to attend the Platinum Black Retreat?
Yes! To register for the Platinum Black Retreat, you must first be registered to attend SRC 2025. After you have qualified and registered for SRC, you’ll receive an invitation to register for the retreat. For Tier 3 qualifiers, your SRC ticket will be reimbursed after we have confirmed your registration for the PB retreat.
Will Modere cover the cost of my SRC registration?
All Tier 1 & Tier 2 North American (US & CA) qualifiers must purchase their own Social Retail Conference 2025 registration to participate in the event. Click here to register. Tier 3 & International qualifiers that attend the Platinum Black retreat will have their registration fees reimbursed.
What nights will Modere cover for hotel accommodations?
Modere will reserve hotel accommodations for all Platinum Black retreat qualifiers for both the retreat and through SRC. Tier 1 and 2 qualifiers will receive accommodations for March 5-9 while Tier 3/International qualifiers will receive an additional night on March 4th.
Can anyone attend the 2025 Platinum Black Retreat?
This is an exclusive event that Social Marketers qualify to attend.
Is there a 2025 Platinum Black Retreat for each Modere region?
No. The 2025 Platinum Black Retreat is a Global Event for all regions to qualify for and attend.
Which hotel will we be staying at?
Qualifiers will be invited to stay in our room block at the Hyatt Regency in Houston, Texas.
What airport should I fly to?
You’ll want to book your travel to and from George Bush International (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Be sure to visit their websites for any questions regarding your travel.
Can I qualify for the Platinum Black Retreat each year?
Yes! We look forward to seeing you each year that you qualify!
I am not a North American Social Marker. Can I attend the NA Social Retail Conference?
Yes! Our PB Retreat International qualifiers will receive a special invitation to SRC. You MUST confirm your desire to attend through your registration, no later than January 1st, 2025.
I am unable to attend this year, what are my options?
Due to the ability to qualify for this event each year, we will not be able to offer cash-out options to our North American qualifiers or deferment if you’re unable to attend. We hope to see you at the next year’s retreat!

What is included in my qualification?
This retreat includes all accommodations and meals during the PB Retreat. Airfare can be covered if you meet those qualifications. Your qualification email from your Modere country manager will specify if your airfare is covered.
I qualified for airfare credit. How do I redeem that?
Flights must be submitted during the registration process. Modere will confirm your qualification and submit reimbursements to be paid out with your commission check in January 2025. Please work with your country manager for questions on airfare credit and reimbursements.
Do I need to arrange my own transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Modere will be providing scheduled shuttles from the airport to the hotel.
*Any transportation not provided by a Modere shuttle will be at your own expense.
Can co-applicants or guests attend the Platinum Black Retreat?
Co-applicants are welcome to attend the Platinum Black Retreat as long as they were officially listed on the account by the end of 2023. Only qualifying accounts will be invited to participate in the PB retreat, guests are not permitted. Please note that airfare credits extend to only one per account.
Am I able to bring my child?
Due to the nature of this event, bringing children is not recommended.
What if I already booked a room for SRC?
If your reservation is within our room block, we will move it to our master list, and you will not be charged. Please email events@modere.com with your confirmation number to ensure this is complete. If you have made other accommodation arrangements and do not wish to stay in our room block, those accommodations will be at your own expense.
