HOW TO EARN LIFESTYLE CREDIT

1 – Meet the monthly 150 AP Qualification

Social Marketers must have 150 AP or 75 MP on Subscription each month to earn and back credits each month.

2 – Qualify as a Mover each month OR for a Team Builder Bonus

Earn a minimum of 5 Mover points each month, or qualify to receive a Team Builder Bonus each month during the qualification period.

Credits are awarded based on the Team Builder Bonus and Monthly Promoter Bonus earned each month during the qualification period.

Team Builder Bonuses are awarded based on the Builder Title and Enrollment Organization Points. Promoter Bonuses are based on the total Customer Points in a Social Marketer’s POD and the number of active customers.

FAQ

Qualification & Registration

When will the promotional credits that I earned during August apply?

August promotional credits will be applied to the final qualifier list at the end of the qualification period. All final qualifiers will be notified by September 6th. For more details, click here.

When can I register?

Registration opened on July 1. Be sure to watch your email for your registration link.

What is the deadline to register for Escape?

The last day to register for the Escape Trip is September 13th, subject to availability. We expect our block to fill quickly, so do not delay your registration.

Where do I track my Escape Qualifications?


Access your lifestyle credit summary and monthly breakdown by visiting the Escape 2024 widget in your back office business dashboard, available for access starting March 1, 2024.

Why are my Escape points showing differently from my back office rank?

Lifestyle credits are based on your Team Builder Bonus rank. So if you are being paid as a Director 2, but only qualifying at the Director 1 Team Builder Bonus level, you would get 10,000 lifestyle credits for the D1 rank. Team Builder bonus rank is calculated using your Enrollment Organization Points (EOP). You can find more details on this in the compensation plan brochure. You can check your Team Builder Bonus rank on the Business Dashboard section of your Back Office.

Will there be a waitlist once all of the spots have been filled?


In the event of an Escape waitlist, it will be prioritized based on the total Lifestyle Credits earned by Social Marketers throughout the qualification period (March through August). When a room becomes available, the Modere Events Team will notify the next individual on the list. Social Marketers will have twenty-four hours from the notification to confirm their spot with flight receipts; otherwise, their spot will be offered to another person.

**Qualification does not guarantee attendance on the Escape Trip. All Social Marketers are required to register to claim their rewards. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.*

What do the Top 10 qualifiers receive? 


The top 10 Lifestyle Credit earners will enjoy suite upgrades and exclusive Sky Class Perks, including luxurious accommodations and private transfers for two, ensuring a royal experience throughout your stay.

Flights

When should I book my flights?


Social Marketers are advised not to book their flights until receiving a written invitation from Modere. If airfare is earned, all receipts must be submitted to Modere for reimbursement, up to $600 USD per earned flight, with a maximum of US$1200 for you and a guest. For further details, please contact escape@modere.com

When is the deadline to submit proof of flights?

Flight receipt submission must be submitted at the time of registration. Failure to submit proof of flights by the deadline will result in an automatic forfeit of your registration, and your spot will be given to the next qualifier on the waitlist.


What is the preferred airport for my arrival?

Please book airfare to fly into the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).


How far is the resort from the SJD Airport?

The Hard Rock Los Cabos is located about 45 minutes from the airport.

Does Modere offer a complimentary airport shuttle service?

Qualification includes transportation for you and one guest. All additional guests will be the responsibility of the qualified social marketer.

Bringing Additional Guests

What Does it Cost?

  • Children under 4 years old sharing the room with their parents are free (maximum 2 children).
  • Children between 4 and 12 years old sharing the room with their parents have a cost of $154.00 USD, per child, per night.
  • Juniors between 13 and 17 years old sharing the room with their parents have a cost of $209.00 USD per child, per night.
  • Maximum occupancy per room is 4 (four) persons, maximum (3) adults.

How do we pay for additional guests?

If you have received confirmation that your guests have been approved, you will settle any remaining balance with the resort upon arrival.

Extending Your Stay

What is the cost of extending my stay?

Please contact escape@modere.com to discuss possible extension of your Escape Trip. However, all extensions must be approved by a member of the Escape Team.

*Pricing and dates are subject to resort availability. 

Can I upgrade my room?

You can request to upgrade your room, but these are subject to resort availability.  All upgrades must be sent to escape@modere.com to be considered.

Can I book or upgrade my room to stay at Nobu?

No, we do not have any contracted rooms at Nobu for Escape.  All qualifiers will be staying at Hard Rock.

Unable to Attend

What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend Escape 2024?


If you find yourself unable to attend Escape 2024 after registering, please notify Modere in writing at escape@modere.com to avoid any cancellation fees.

Will there be a cash-out option?

Unfortunately, there are no alternative prizes or cash-out options if a Social Marketer does not attend the event for any reason.

Can I gift my trip to someone else?

No, an incentive trip can only be claimed by the person who qualified and is legally listed on the account. It cannot be gifted to a non-Social Marketer or someone else on your team.

Will I need a credit card to check in? 

Yes, a credit card is required at check-in. The resort will place a $100 USD hold per day on each room, payable by major US credit cards only (debit cards are not accepted). If you booked any pre- or post-nights, those will need to be paid via credit card upon arrival. Incidentals will be charged upon departure, and if there are no incidentals, the hold will be released within 24 to 48 hours after checkout.


We also recommend bringing printed copies of all guests’ passports, along with the actual passports, to ensure a smoother check-in process.

How do I sign up for volleyball and pickleball?

You can sign up for the tournaments during event check-in on Wednesday, October 30th. Gather your team and come ready to play—prizes are on the line!

What swag will I receive?

Only registered qualifiers will receive swag, which includes an Escape t-shirt, beach bag, waterproof cellphone case, and hat. Shipping starts on October 18th, and your items should arrive in time to pack for Cabo.

What excursions can I book?

We recommend booking your excursions in advance to secure your spot. To see available options, please click here.

How can I book spa treatments?

You can book spa treatments at the Rock Spa before your arrival! Click here to reserve ahead. Mention you’re with the Modere Group and provide your confirmation number for a 30% discount.

Can I book dinner reservations in advance?

Dinner service is on a first-come, first-served basis, as the resort does not accept reservations. Dress codes vary by restaurant, so please check the requirements before dining. For a list of onsite restaurants and their dress codes, click here.

How can I stay hydrated?

Stay hydrated in the warm climate of Los Cabos by drinking plenty of bottled water. Avoid tap water, as it may not be safe. The resort provides complimentary bottled water for you to stock up on!

Is swimming in the ocean permitted?

Due to safety concerns, swimming in the ocean at Hard Rock Los Cabos is not permitted. Guests must sign an agreement at check-in acknowledging this policy. Enjoy the beach, but please follow resort guidelines.

Will my phone work in Los Cabos?

Most phone services should work in Los Cabos, but it’s best to check with your carrier for details on international data rates and service plans. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available at the resort for all guests.
