No, there is not an option to attend Fall Social Marketing Summit virtually.
What does my registration include?

Does My Co-App Need a Ticket to attend SRC?
Yes, all co-apps are required to purchase an SM Ticket to attend.
If I attend the event in the US but I’m Canadian, do I still pay in USD?
Yes, ticket prices are determined by the event’s location. Therefore, events in the US will be priced in USD, while events in Canada will be priced in CAD.
Can a guest/prospect purchase a ticket to attend in person, and what is the cost?
Yes. The cost of a Guest ticket is the same as that of a regular in-person ticket.
When is the deadline to register for an in-person ticket?
The last date to register in-person is August 3, 2025.
What if there isn’t an in-person location near me?
We have strategically chosen Fall Social Marketing Summit locations to be near major airports and areas with a high concentration of Social Marketers, aiming to maximize accessibility.
What happens if I have already registered for FSMS 2025 but cannot locate my ticket?
Please email events@modere.com if you have any questions about your registration or simply want to confirm that you have already registered for FSMS 2025.
Can I use my XM ticket for FSMS 2025?
No, XM tickets are only applicable to Social Retail Conferences.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
Modere’s Cancellation Policy:
As a general policy, Modere charges a cancellation fee. This fee may vary by event; details can be found in the Terms & Conditions or Rules & Regulations specific to each respective event. ALL cancellations MUST be requested personally by the registrant and/or credit card holder. Cancellations will be accepted by email within 30 days of the original ticket purchase. After that time cancellations are non-refundable. In situations where accommodations and/or transportation are purchased through Modere, the Social Marketer is responsible for the full booking cost when he or she cancels their registration. These reservations are non-refundable.
Modere’s Refund Policy:
Tickets purchased by or before May 31, 2025 are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund submissions beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Any tickets purchased on or after June 1st are non-refundable. All requests must be sent via email to events@modere.com. ALL refunds MUST be returned to the credit card used as the original method of payment and will not be applied as an account credit, payment toward a balance due, or payable in cash.
Am I able to transfer my in-person ticket to another Social Marketer, and what is the associated cost?
Yes, tickets are transferable until August 1, 2025. Please email events@modere.com to confirm your ticket transfer.
Can I transfer my ticket from one location to another?
Requests for ticket transfers from one location to another will be made on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Please email your transfer requests to events@modere.com by August 1, 2025. Ticket transfers are based on availability and space at each venue.
Can I purchase a ticket onsite and if so, what is the cost?
No, tickets will not be available for purchase on-site for this event. Registration for in-person tickets closes on August 1, 2025.

Will Modere products or swag be available for purchase at any of the venues?
There will be no Experience Lounge or store at FSMS, so products or swag will not be available for purchase. The Fall Social Marketing Summits are exclusively focused on training sessions.

Who is invited to attend the Leadership Training?
The Leadership Training is open to all Social Marketers who are registered and attending FSMS.
What is the recommended attire for the Fall Social Marketing Summit?
The suggested dress code is Smart Casual.
Will Modere provide accommodations at any of the in-person venues, and how can I book a hotel room if needed?
Social Marketers are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations. Room blocks will not be available during FSMS.
I will be driving to the event. Will parking be available?
Parking availability and associated costs differ depending on the venue. Please refer to the specific location details for information regarding the venue you are attending. Discounted parking options are not available.
Will meals be provided?
Meals will not be provided and will be the responsibility of the Social Marketers. For detailed information on nearby dining options, please refer to the section dedicated to each location.
How can I see who on my team is registered for FSMS?
As with all Modere Events, there is a report accessible in your back office to view who is registered for the event on your team. Please note the report will display Fall Social Marketing Summit registrations without specifying the location.
