Q&A
How will winners receive the Holiday Cash?
The winning Social Marketers will have their Holiday Cash deposited directly into their Modere My Pay account. Customers will be sent a $500 Visa Gift Card. Canadian’s will receive a $500 Canadian Visa gift card. These prizes will be delivered before the end of November.
Will all qualifying customers and Social Marketers be included in all the draws?
A new winner will be announced every two days on October 22, October 24, October 26, October 28 and November 1. Names will be added to the drawing as they qualify, and will not be removed unless the win. For example, if a customer qualifies on October 21, they will remain in the pool for all the subsequent drawings.
Can a Social Marketer and/or customer win multiple times?
No. Customers and Social Marketers may only win once during the giveaway period. If their name is drawn a second time, another name will be drawn.
Will referring customers and new customers be eligible to win?
Yes! Both the customer giving the $20 and the customer receiving the $20 are entered into the customer giveaway. If either the referring customer or the purchasing customer wins, the Social Marketer over that pod also wins.
Does signing up a NEW Social Marketer count as an entry?
No. The Holiday Cash Sweepstakes is only open for customers who participate in the Give $20, Get $20 promotion and the Social Marketers whose pod they come from. A new Social Marketer can win if they join and a qualifying customer from their pod is chosen.

The following are the terms and conditions govern participation in the Holiday Cash Sweepstakes (the “Event”).
- Holiday Cash awarded to the participant (the “Participant”) are non-transferable.
- Participation in the Event, gives no warranties with respect to any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing these terms and conditions, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. Neither Modere, Inc. nor its affiliates can accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event.
- Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) neither Modere, Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with these terms and conditions.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Utah courts.
- Subject to compliance of all Modere policies and procedures.

- Canadian winners will be required to answer a skill testing question.
- Social Marketers who do not adhere to normal compliance rules relating to communicating promotional information in a truthful manner will be immediately disqualified. Any Social Marketer found gaming the experience in any way will also be immediately disqualified.
