  1. Host your event at a central and easily accessible venue with ample parking and space for your guests to mingle and relax.
  2. Ensure you have secure AV equipment, including a flat screen, projector, appropriate connecting cords, and a slide advancer.
  3. If possible, incorporate some Modere signage.
  4. Organize a raffle for door prizes, with the number of prizes determined by you. Make sure to provide ballots that ask for the guest’s name, email address, phone number, social handle, and indicate their interest in Modere (customer or business opportunity), as well as the name of the Social Marketer who invited them.
  5. Bring products for sampling! We recommend our LBC, GO, trim, and skincare. Setting up different stations will make it more interactive for your guests. Ensure that there are product information sheets at each station.
  6. Invite 2-3 Social Marketers from your team to share their stories. One can provide a product testimonial (LBC is a great option!), and another can share how the business opportunity has changed their life.
  7. Recruit helpers! Involve your team in this fun social event. Don’t try to do it all alone, from setting up and welcoming guests to managing draws, the final clean-up, and sorting the ballots. It will run much smoother with assistance.
  8. Before the event, create a graphic that your team can use to encourage guests to RSVP.
  9. Coach your team on how to invite customers and prospects. We recommend over-inviting, as not everyone who RSVPs will show up. Don’t hesitate to have standing room only!
  10. Follow up! Send reminders one week before the Social, three days before, and on the day of the event.
  11. Create a fun and upbeat music playlist to play when guests arrive and when the event is over to create an energetic atmosphere.
  12. Start your event on time. Even if you are waiting for some guests, showing respect for the time of those who arrived on time demonstrates that you value their time.
  13. Take plenty of photos to share on social media!
  14. Thank all guests for attending.
  15. Review the ballots after everyone has left to ensure that the Social Marketer who brought the guest receives their information. Also, make sure to contact those who are interested in the opportunity within 48 hours!
