What is the March Customer Re-engagement Promo?

As part of this limited-time promotion, customers who have not purchased in the last 6 months will receive an exclusive discount when they make a purchase. They will enjoy $10/C$10 off orders totaling $50-149.99/C$50-C$149.99, or $25/C$25 off orders of $150/C$150, an additional $25/C$25 for every $150/C$150 spent, (before additional discounts are applied).

When is this promotion available?

The promotion will be available from Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 7:00 AM MT to Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

To qualify for this promotion, you must be a customer who hasn’t made a purchase from Modere in the past six months.  

What are the discount amounts and purchase thresholds?

During the promotional timeframe from March 14, 2024, through April 2, 2024, customers will receive a $10/C$10 discount on orders totaling $50-149.99/C$50-149.99, or a $25/C$25 discount on orders of $150/C$150.

Is there a limit to how much discount I can earn?

You can earn $25/C$25 off for every $150/C$150 you spend.

Are there any exclusions for this promotion?

Yes, this promotion is exclusive to customers’ accounts. Social marketers are not eligible for this promotion. It also applies to all order types, including one-time (à la carte), and subscriptions. 

Is there a limit on the discount?

Yes, there is a limit of one discount per account. 

Do I need a special promo code to receive the discount?

No, promo codes are not required. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout on all eligible orders.

What is the stacking order of this promotion?

The promotion will stack in the following order:

  • Free Shipping with $150/C$150 purchase
  • March Mid-month and End of Month promotions
  • $10/C$10 or $25/C$25 off promotion

What benefits are available when I set up a subscription order?

Customers placing subscription orders will earn these benefits: 

  • All orders of $150/C$150 subtotal or more qualify for free standard shipping whether it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription.
  • For every additional $150 spent on a subscription order, an additional $25 in Modere Cash will be earned to use on a future order. There is no limit to the amount of Modere Cash that can be earned on a subscription.
  • Subscription orders between $50 and $149.99* will earn customers $10 in Modere Cash to use on a future order.

*The value of each subscription order is based on the the sum of the actual value of each product purchased, before applying any promotional discounts or Modere Cash payments (or any other shopping credits).

Can an existing customer redeem their Anniversary discount on their order?

Yes, an existing customer can redeem their Anniversary discount on their order.
