Promotional Questions
Do I have to register during the promotion to qualify for the free hotel stay?
Any Social Marketer who registers two personally enrolled accounts during the promotional period is eligible for the free hotel stay. The individual qualifying for the hotel stay must be registered by February 7th, though they do not need to have registered within the same promotional period.
Can I register prospects or customers to qualify for the free hotel stay?
Yes! Personally enrolled customers or prospects who register and attend SRC will count towards the two new registrations needed for your free hotel stay. Be sure they indicate they are a guest during registration and provide your name as the person they’ll be attending with to qualify for this promotion. Please email events@modere.com if you have questions on specific registrations.
Can previously registered attendees count toward this promotion?
No, only new registrations made between Monday, February 3rd and Friday, February 7th will count toward this promotion. Previously registered attendees will not be included in the offer.
Does my registration count towards the promotion?
No, you must be registered for SRC by February 7th in addition to having two new registrations during the promotion. Your registration does not count as one of the two required new enrollments.
Do XM tickets count toward new registrations?
No, XM tickets do not count towards new registrations. To qualify, the two new registrations must be paid registrations made between February 3rd and February 7th.
How do I claim my free hotel stay?
Once you’ve registered and two of your personally enrolled Social Marketers have signed up, Modere will automatically cover your hotel stay for Thursday, March 6th through Sunday, March 9th (3 nights). Your confirmation number will be shared with you before the event.
Will there be enough hotel rooms for everyone?
All rooms are subject to availability. Free rooms will be provided based on registration dates, so be sure to act quickly to secure your spot!
Can I gift my hotel stay or transfer it to someone else?
The free hotel stay is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who registered and fulfilled the requirement of enrolling two Social Marketers.
What if I am no longer able to attend SRC?
You must register and attend SRC to claim your free hotel stay. If you do not show up, a cancellation fee will apply.

Is there a qualified Leadership session during SRC25?
Yes. To qualify for the Leadership Session you must have been paid as Elite 1 or above at least once in 2024 OR qualify to attend the Platinum Black Retreat. All attendees must also be registered for SRC no later than February 7th. RSVP’s are required to attend the Leadership Session. Invitations to qualifiers will go out by Friday, January 24th.

What is the $50 hotel rebate?
Get $50 cash back when you stay in our hotel block! Only one rebate is eligible per room checked into during the dates of SRC 2025. Must have registered and attended SRC 2025 to qualify. The rebate will be applied to March 2025 Commission Check. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
XM ticket redemptions are not eligible for the $50 rebate.
When is the deadline to book a room in Modere’s room block?
To receive the discounted rate and $50 rebate, rooms must be booked by February 10th.
Are hotels covered by Modere?
No, hotel expenses are the responsibility of the Social Marketer.

Where can I see who on my team is registered for SRC25?
You will be able to view this report in your back office under reports and then event reports. This report will be updated weekly.
Does My Co-App Need a Ticket to attend SRC?
Yes, all co-apps are required to purchase an SM Ticket to attend.
What happens if I have already registered for SRC 2025 but cannot locate my ticket?
Please email events@modere.com if you have any questions about your registration or simply want to confirm that you have already registered for SRC 2025.
What happens if I can’t attend the Social Retail Conference in 2025? Can I request a refund for my registration?
Refunds will not be issued for Social Retail Conference 2024 tickets if you are unable to attend. Cancellations will be accepted by email within 30 days of the original ticket purchase. After that time cancellations are non-refundable. Tickets purchased on or before December 31, 2024, are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund submissions beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Any tickets purchased on or after January 1, 2025 are non-refundable. All requests must be sent via email to events@modere.com.
Can I redeem my free XM event ticket for SRC25?
Yes, you can. If you are eligible to redeem an XM ticket for this event, you will receive a custom registration link via email. These emails are sent weekly on Tuesdays throughout the registration period. Please reach out to events@modere.com if you have questions regarding the redemption of your XM Ticket. Keep in mind that XM tickets expire one year from the date of your enrollment.
What if I cannot redeem my XM ticket for SRC25, Can it be transferred to another Social Marketer?
No, XM tickets cannot be gifted or transferred to another Social Marketer.
Can I transfer my in-person ticket to another Social Marketer?
All ticket transfers must be requested by emailing events@modere.com. A $25 transfer fee applies to all ticket transfers. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Can a guest/prospect register for SRC25? And what is the price?
Yes, all guests and prospects can attend SRC25 by purchasing a regular ticket. Please note guests are not permitted to attend qualifying event functions such as the Leadership Session or Early Access to General Session.

What ranks will be recognized onstage at SRC25?

When do I need to be registered to be recognized?
You must be registered by February 7, 2025, in order to receive onstage recognition during the Award Show. Registrations purchased after this date may not receive event materials or be recognized during the event.
Transportation Questions
Will transportation be provided by Modere?
No, transportation is at the expense of the guest and/or Social Marketer.
Which airport is the closest to the Hyatt Regency?
Consider flying into one of the following airports: George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P Hobby (HOU).
