We’ve been thinking a lot about you lately. Your health, safety, and the stability of your Modere business have always been our top priority.
As of today, March 25th, all order fulfillment, shipping, and package deliveries are continuing in a timely manner for both US and Canada customers. Additionally, it is our understanding that government officials are committed to keeping trade moving across the US/Canadian border. Our business continues to operate as usual.
We’ve taken a number of steps to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation:
- We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Across all facilities we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent handwashing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning equipment. We have also taken additional precautions including having all employees who handle packages wear gloves.
- We have modified production and warehouse schedules to reduce the number of individuals in the building at a time and introduced split shifts that do not compromise order fulfillment times.
- We are working closely with our package delivery partners to ensure that the products you love remain available when you want them, delivered as safely and quickly possible to destinations in both the US and Canada. We are happy to report there has been no delay in Daily Pay, nor is any delay expected to occur in the calculation and payout of Social Marketer commissions. Even though the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we are surrounded by a compassionate, vibrant, and extraordinary community.
