For Canadian prize winners, cash totals will be converted to the payout day’s conversion rate

Rules

  • 1 point will be awarded for each qualifying The Gift of Modere offer redeemed. A maximum of 15 points can be earned from any single account (one point for each product offer).
  • Customers must be in the Social Marketer’s pod, but do not need to be personally referred.
  • Social Marketers must be personally enrolled for their purchases to count toward point accumulation.
  • Purchases by new and existing accounts will count toward point accumulation.
  • Existing SmartShip orders do not qualify toward point accumulation. Orders must be new, first-time SmartShip purchases or one-time purchases.
  • Limit one daily prize drawing per Social Marketer account during the campaign. There is no limit to the number of times a Social Marketer can earn a daily first, second or third-place prize.
  • In the event of a tie for the daily or grand prize(s), the Social Marketer who has accumulated the highest in total dollar sales generated from qualified purchases will be awarded the prize.
  • Leaderboards will be posted in One Voice at noon MT and 6 PM MT each day during the qualification period. Winners will be announced in One Voice each day at 9:00 AM MT.
  • Modere reserves the right to charge back prize values for excessive returns or cancellations.
  • Any stacking or bonus buying is strictly prohibited.
