ELITE 3 SPOTLIGHT: RENDY ANDERSON
Congratulations to Elite 3 Platinum 3 Rendy Anderson for being our TOP point earner for Leadership Summit 2020 in Anaheim, California! Rendy is a busy mom to four beautiful children. She is a health and wellness enthusiast and has been in network marketing for the past 6.5 years. In her spare time, she enjoys philanthropic work and activities such as serving as a volunteer adoption coordinator for the Love Without Boundaries organization, a foster home located in China where her youngest daughter spent the first 20 months of her life.
How does it feel to be the top point earner for Leadership Summit 2020?
“Proud! I wake up every day full of gratitude for my incredible team that I get to lock arms with daily. They are the reason for this top spot! They are incredibly coachable, and each one of them has such a strong purpose that we are fighting for every single day. They inspire me every single day! It truly is an honor to work with them. Without them, I would not be where I am today!”
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the business?
“Always remember WHY you started, and let that purpose fuel you every single day! You said YES to this business for a reason. There are so many people out there that are attached to your YES. They are waiting on YOU to forever impact their life! So never give up!”
What’s your ‘why’? What keeps you motivated?
“When I said yes to this industry it was a way to fill in the financial gaps for my family while being a stay at home mama. However, through this profession we have been able to dream again, which allowed us to fulfill a dream I had since childhood. We were able to adopt our youngest baby girl and most importantly, it has allowed us to be present in the lives of our children. I love being part of an industry that truly allows you to dream again, and most importantly to be able to chase after and achieve your dreams!”
What attracted you to Modere?
“With four young children, I find the online social retail model that we have here at Modere so attractive! Being able to build a business solely online without having to leave my babies was a no brainer. And having CLEAN products for the entire home was icing on the cake!”
What are you looking forward to the most during Leadership Summit?
“Leaders are born at events! I am ecstatic to be able to attend the summit with so many incredible humans, and most importantly so many from my very own tribe. So, I’m most looking forward to seeing them soak up knowledge and wisdom from the best of the best and experience the lifechanging energy in the room. It’s going to be truly epic!”
