When is Fall Social Marketing Summit?

Our virtual Fall Social Marketing Summit will take place on September 18 – 19, 2020. You do not want to miss this incredible event! Check out the complete schedule here.

Is there a cost to attend the virtual Fall Social Marketing Summit?

There are three different ticket options available:

  1. Live Streaming Only: FREE!
  2. VIP (Live Streaming + Modere Swag Box + Leadership Training Session): $29.99
  3. VIP + Ticket to SRC 2021: $129.99

What happens if I already registered for the Fall Social Marketing Summit?

If you have already registered for FSMS 2020, you have access to the live stream AND receive a ticket for SRC 2021. If you would like to receive a Modere Swag Box and view the Leadership Training Session, you will need to purchase an additional VIP ticket.

When and where is SRC 2021?

Be sure to tune into the live stream of our Fall Social Marketing Summit, where we will announce the location of SRC 2021! For now, we can tell you that the event will take place on the West Coast, on February 4-6, 2021.

Will I receive a refund for the hotel reservation made for FSMS in September?

All guests who booked a reservation for the 2020 FSMS in Toronto will receive a full refund.  We will be reaching out in the next few weeks with more details on how to cancel your hotel reservation. If you have any questions regarding these refunds, please email events@modere.com

If you booked a room outside of the Modere reservation block, we are not responsible for these refunds. We encourage you to reach out to the hotel directly.

Can a guest or prospect attend virtually?

Registration will be the same for both guests and Social Marketers. Tickets can be reserved or purchased here.

Is there a qualified Leadership session for this event?

No. There is no leadership session that requires qualification. The VIP ticket includes a special leadership session with top Modere Social Marketers and our Keynote, Rita Davenport.

Will this event be recorded? Can I watch it later?

Yes. The sessions will be recorded, and you will have the opportunity to watch them following the event.

How do I access the virtual event?

All attendees that have registered for the event will receive an invitation to join our exclusive FSMS Facebook Group beginning mid-August. Check back for more information coming soon!

What if I cannot attend the Social Retail Conference in 2021? Can I get a refund on my virtual ticket?

If you are unable to attend the Social Retail Conference in 2021, please email events@modere.com to refund your event ticket.

Can I transfer my registration to another event in 2021?

No, we are unable to allow transfers to an event other than SRC 2021.

What about my flight to Toronto?

Modere is not responsible for any flight cancellations, refunds, or change fees. Please click on the links below to review your airlines change policies.






What happens with my free XM event ticket?

If you have already registered for FSMS, your ticket will be reserved for the upcoming Social Retail Conference, taking place early February 2021 on the West Coast. You will also be able to join the virtual FSMS event at no additional cost. If you would like a Modere swag box and attend the special Leadership session, you can upgrade to the VIP ticket.

If you have not redeemed your free XM event ticket, you are welcome to use your XM event ticket to register for the virtual event or transfer it to SRC 2021.
