TRIM MANGO UPDATE: May 18, 2020

Congratulations! Trim Mango has been a huge hit, just as expected. In fact, it’s gone so well we’ve decided to forfeit an official launch on May 21st and instead contine Trim Mango sales until we have sold all remaining inventory. The first batch of Trim Mango will be available to ship beginning May 22. The second batch will be available 2-3 weeks later. 

What happens when we have sold all Trim Mango inventory?

We will stock out of the first batch in the coming days. When this happens, we will continue to take orders and fulfill backorder shipments like normal. Once our inventory of Trim Mango has sold out, the website will be updated accordingly and no more orders will be accepted. This includes all a la carte and SmartShip orders.

We will continue to monitor inventory and will open additional collections as inventory permits.

Is mango a permanent new Trim flavor?

No. This is a new limited-edition flavor, available while supplies last. Just in time for summer!

Are there limits on quantities for orders?

Yes. There is a limit of one Trim Mango and one Lean Body System Mango per account. This limited edition flavor is available while supplies last. Once our inventory of Trim Mango has sold out, the website will be updated accordingly and no more orders will be accepted.

Is there a promotion around Trim Mango?

While there is no specific promotion connected to the Trim Mango launch, we hope you will take advantage of the incredible double SmartShip & Save promotion currently in effect until June 30!

When will Trim Mango pre-orders ship?

All pre-orders will ship from our warehouse between May 21 and May 29. Orders will ship out in the order they are received. Due to high demand, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.

If a customer currently has another Trim flavor on backorder can they switch it to Trim Mango?

No. Due to the limited supply of our limited edition Trim Mango, we are unable to replace those backorders. However, we are expecting new inventory of Trim Chocolate and Trim Vanilla by the end of May and will be fulfilling backorders as soon as possible. 

When the limited inventory of Trim Mango is depleted, what will happen if it is still on my SmartShip order?

If you had an existing Smart Ship with Trim on it, and you changed it to Trim Mango, once Trim Mango is no longer available, we will change your Trim flavor back to the original flavor.

If you create a new Smart ship with Trim Mango, once Trim Mango is no longer available, Trim Vanilla will be shipped automatically in lieu of Trim Mango.

You can also log into modere.com/modere.ca and change the flavor of Trim at any time.

Will there be a Facebook Webinar event to support the official launch?

We have decided to postpone the Facebook Webinar scheduled for May 21. We will update this FAQ with the webinar information at a later date.

Will there be a new LEAN30 group associated with this launch?

Because of the current circumstances of the world right now, we thought it best to transform the previous LEAN30+ group into our new LEAN30 #LiveLife group. This group is open to everyone in the US and Canada and does not require a purchase to join. We are posting daily content throughout May, and have featured guest Live events to promote healthy lifestyle habits and community support. Will promotional content be posted through corporate channels?

Yes! The Modere marketing team has prepared promotional emails to be released to your customers on your behalf. We are also running a social media campaign to help drive sales.
