Any Flavor Trim Campaign FAQ (USA ONLY)

Q: What is the Any Flavor Trim Campaign?

A: Simply put, we will automatically ship a currently available Trim flavor to fulfill your order, so that you’ll receive your product as quickly as possible. Standard order processing time will still be 8-10 business days, but you won’t experience any additional backorder delays as we maximize our production capacity to match our increased demand and record growth. This means you’ll have a chance to potentially try something different! Depending on our current inventory, your Trim order may include any of these fantastic flavors: Mango, Coconut Lime, Vanilla, Lemon, or even the Trim Chocolate Singles. Who knows, you might just discover your new favorite flavor!

Q: What if I want to wait for the Trim flavor I originally ordered?

A: All backorders and future SmartShips will be automatically updated to reflect this change.

An email will be going out to all those who have previously purchased to opt-out within 48 hours, before shipping. This email will be sent at 11 AM on July 16, 2020. Here is the link to the survey monkey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/trimupdate that will be include in the email. Please note, this link is ONLY for current orders.

All existing SmartShips will be converted to the Any Flavor Trim campaign on Friday, July 17th at 4 PM. If you would like to revert your future SmartShip back to a specific flavor, you will need to make the adjustment manually in your SmartShip manager. Please be aware that opting out of this campaign or specifying a flavor on your SmartShip could result in additional delays if the Trim flavor is out of stock.

Q: When will I know what Trim flavor is being shipped to me?

A: Customers and Social Marketers will be informed the exact Trim flavor that will ship in their shipping confirmation email. 

 Q: I’m worried that my customers and I won’t like the Trim flavor being shipped?

A: We have five delicious flavors of Trim: Chocolate, Coconut Lime, Lemon, Mango, and Vanilla, but we understand that everyone has different preferences. We hope that our customers and Social Marketers understand that the most important ingredients in our award-winning Trim are the Liquid BioCell Collagen/HA Matrix and CLA. We don’t want you to miss out on the incredible benefits while waiting for a backorder. 

Q: Should I contact customer service if I have any concerns?

A: You want to keep your original flavor of Trim on your order, you must opt-out via the link in your email within 48 hours. Otherwise, you will be shipped the current flavor. Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to stop or change it. If you would like to return your Trim for a refund, simply send it back to the return address and keep your tracking number for reference. 

Q: When should I expect to receive this new “any flavor” of Trim?

A: While this “Any Flavor Trim Campaign” will definitely help process and ship orders faster, we ask that you allow up to 8-10 business days for order processing and shipping.

Q: What are some different ways I can take my Trim?

A: If you’re looking to mix things up and Trim something new with your Trim, try adding your daily Tablespoon to your morning coffee, a blended smoothie, or pour over a bowl of fresh fruit!
