We are incredibly grateful for your continued patience and support during this time. As you know, the demand for our clean label products has been at an all-time high and we have also been experiencing unforeseen production delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

Due to this extremely high demand, please allow an additional 8-10 days for order processing.

In an effort to provide the best customer experience possible, we will also be removing the following individual items from upcoming SmartShip & Save orders that are scheduled to process while a product is out of stock, as well as restricting them from individual purchases online.

If one of the products mentioned above is part of a collection, we will be removing it from the collection and reducing the overall price. However, for the purpose of our SmartShip and Save program, the collection will maintain its unique item count to allow customers and Social Marketers to keep their current reward level.

If the product is not part of a collection, the customer may need to add a different product to their order to maintain the same SmartShip & Save discount.  Customers can add the product back on to their SmartShip once the product has become available again.

We will be sending an email tomorrow (July 9th) to all customers and Social Marketers that have one of the products mentioned above currently on their SmartShip informing them of this change.
