When is SRC 2021?
Our virtual Social Retail Conference (SRC) will take place February 25 – 27, 2021. You do not want to miss this incredible event! A complete agenda is COMING SOON!
When does VIP registration close?
VIP registration ends January 6, 2021 at 11:59 PM MT.
Is there a cost to attend the virtual Social Retail Conference?
There are two different ticket options available:
- Live Streaming Only: $49.99 if you register before December 13th. That’s a $10 savings! Ticket prices will increase to $59.99 after the December 13th deadline.
- VIP (Live Streaming + Modere Swag Box ($50 value) + $25 credit to the Modere Apparel Store (Cannot be used on NEW Products) + Leadership Training Session): $89.99 if you register before December 13th. That’s a $10 savings! VIP Ticket Pricing will increase to $99.99 after the December 13th deadline.

What happens if I already registered for SRC 2021?
If you have already registered for the combined FSMS and SRC 2021 ticket at $99 or $129, you automatically qualify for our VIP ticket. You should have received an email confirming your registration. Please email events@modere.com if you have any questions about your registration or simply want to confirm you have already been registered for SRC 2021.
Can a guest or prospect attend virtually?
Yes! Registration will be the same for both guests and Social Marketers. Tickets can be reserved or purchased here. A guest and or prospect can attend virtually if they pay $59.99 for the live stream ticket option. Guests are NOT eligible for the Modere Swag Box.
Is there a qualified Leadership session for this event?
No. There is no leadership session that requires qualification. The VIP ticket includes a special leadership session with top Modere Social Marketers!
Will this event be recorded? Can I watch it later?
Only those who purchase a VIP Ticket will have access to training after the event is over. These ticket holders will be given three weeks after the event to reference this information. Live Stream ticket holders will not have access to these trainings once SRC is over.

What if I cannot attend the Social Retail Conference in 2021? Can I get a refund on my virtual ticket?
If you are unable to attend the Social Retail Conference in 2021, please email events@modere.com to refund your event ticket.
What happens with my free XM event ticket?
All those who qualify for a free XM event ticket are automictically registered for SRC 2021 with a streaming only ticket. However, an email and text message was sent (11/4) to allow XM qualifiers to upgrade their SRC ticket to VIP for free. In order to upgrade to a VIP you must respond to the survey. If you did not receive a text message or email please email events@modere.com. Tickets MUST be claimed by January 3, 2021 to receive a Modere Swag box.
You will receive an email confirmation within a week of completing the survey money.
