What are the changes to SmartShip & Save*?

For a limited time, we are doubling SmartShip & Save discounts! What does that mean? When a customer adds items to their new or existing SmartShip subscription during the promotion, they will qualify for double the monthly savings:
1-4 Unique Items: 10% discount (was 5%)*
5-7 Unique Items: 20% discount (was 10%)*
8 or more Unique Items: 30% (was 15%) PLUS FREE SHIPPING!*

Does this promotion apply to existing SmartShip orders?

Yes, existing SmartShip orders will receive the increased discount on shipments delivered during the promotion period.

How will the doubled discount affect the Commissionable Volume points on a SmartShip order?

We made the decision to keep the Commissionable Volume, or CV points, the same for SmartShip orders, even with the additional discount. This means that you and your customers will save more on your Modere essentials every month through June, but the commission payouts to all our Social Marketers will be equal to what you would have earned on regular SmartShip orders. We are currently updating our SmartShip programming. Because of this, you will see the CV reduced according to the additional discount for the first few weeks of this promotion. However, please be assured that the CV will be paid in full on your monthly commission.

For example, if a SmartShip normally received the 5% savings it would be increased to a 10% savings but CV would only be discounted the regular 5%.

This promotion begins at 4 PM MT on March 20, 2020 and ends June 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM MT.*
