Q:  Do orders placed in October that are backdated to September count towards locking in SS&S Premium status?

A:  No, backdated orders, placed in October, do not count towards locking in SS&S Premium status.

Q: Who qualifies for the SmartShip & Save Premium Program?

A: Customers who have a new or existing SmartShip order that processes during the month of September 2020 with a minimum $75 purchase will be eligible to continue saving up to 30% on SmartShip for the life of the program.

Q: Can Social Marketers and customers join this program?

A: SmartShip & Save Premium is open to customers only.

Q: If a customer is not ready to join the program during September 2020, can they still qualify at a later date?

A: No, the eligibility window to qualify for this program closes after September 30, 2020, so customers should act now to lock in their exclusive double SmartShip savings!

Q: What are the minimum requirements to maintain eligibility in the program?

A: Customers must maintain a SmartShip subscription on their account that processes at least once per calendar month with an order of $75 or more before any discounts. If the qualifying customer discontinues their SmartShip or reduces their SmartShip total to below $75 after initially joining the program, they will forfeit their eligibility to remain in the program.

Q: Can customers switch between the tiered 10%, 20%, and 30% discounts?

A: Yes! As long as the customer maintains their SmartShip with a $75 minimum purchase every month consecutively, they can switch between the 10%, 20% or 30% SmartShip savings depending on the number of unique items on their SmartShip subscription.

Q: Does this promotion apply to existing SmartShip orders?

A: Yes, existing customer SmartShip orders are eligible for this promotion.

Q: How will the doubled discount affect the Commissionable Volume points on a SmartShip order?

A: As with most promotions, CV will be reduced to match the promotion. For example, if a SmartShip subscription normally received the 5% savings it would be increased to a 10% savings as a part of the SmartShip & Save Premium Program, and the CV would be discounted the usual 10% as we do with any other promo.

Q: What is considered a discount?

Live Clean Credits are considered a form of payment, they are not considered a discount. A discount would be birthday, SmartShip & Save discounts, etc.

Q: Are promo codes required to get the double SmartShip & Save discounts?    

A: No promo code is required! It will automatically be applied to eligible orders.
